SNEW is an American hard rock band. The band formed in Los Angeles, California in 2005 by frontman Curtis Don Vito and guitarist Andy Lux.
The band has released three studio albums, and one single, a cover of Highway Star with guest Allan Holdsworth on lead guitar. Snew have released their third LP "What's It To Ya" on August 7 2012. The album was produced by Bobby Owsinski and recorded and mixed by the legendary Ken Scott (The Beatles "White Album" and David Bowie's "Ziggy Stardust" among other rock classics.
SNEW's latest single Pull My Stinger from the upcoming third album is out now.
These days SNEW is one of the most talked about hard rock bands on the Internet and has an international fan base.
Their album “Snew You” has received critical praise and was named one of the Top Ten Albums of 2008 by SleazeRoxx.com.
SNEW often draws comparisons between AC/DC and Led Zeppelin, with a little Ramones thrown in. An odd mix which only goes to prove the originality of a band whose sound is so easily accessible to the masses.
