I've been a fan of Pete Seeger since I had a full head of hair and was clean shaven - now, 50+ years later, (the hair's gone and the beard long) Pete Seeger is still THE man! May God allow him to live forever! Peace and Love to you all.

Long ago, while in Marine Corps bootcamp in prep for Vietnam, some of us would sing acapella to pass the time and break the tension. 3 buddies and I were "ordered" by the Drill Instructor to learn and perform "Where Have All the Flowers Gone" for him and the recruits every other Friday or so. Barely 18, I later learned the essence of the song and who it was written by. Been saluting Pete for many years, and his work to end all war. Pete, gracias.
