In late 1966 as The Doors were taking off Morrison was being interviewed about his group's aspirations and he said, "We just want to be as big as Love." The press and many others assumed that the poetic Morrison was speaking metaphorically, however he meant the band Love not the emotion. ”

“ i got to see arthur in la with brian jonestown massacre which made up for me not going to the famous royal albert show cuz i didnt know who they were when i was invited. i could kill myself cuz that show "live at royal albert hall" one of my alltime favorite albums ..arhhhh god rest arthur lee ”
