Dispatch is an American indie/roots band. The band consists of Brad Corrigan (vocals, drums, guitar, percussion, and harmonica), Pete Francis Heimbold (vocals, bass and guitar), and Chad Urmston (vocals, guitar, bass, and percussion). The band, which is based in the Boston area, was originally active from 1996 until 2002. “ i have followed this band for about 9 years! Thet threw a 'final' show in Boston and i was overwhelmed at the amout of people that showed! I don't think pete chad and brad ever truely realized their impact on the world. the message they send is amazing and naturally the music flows like a raging river. I have nothing but great things to say about this band and the Gut the Van peg and wimpy live show never left my cd in my car for almost 3 years! i can listen to every album straight through without skipping a single song- i am truely a fan of dispatch and state radio- i've only seen pete francis once since they split at a highschool performing in connecticut- would love to see more of him since i feel he is the heart and nurterer of the group. what it trip it would be to ever meet them and pick thier brains- maybe get them to teach me some of those beautiful but difficult chords- ahhh to dream ”
