Simon Gardner is one of Brisbane’s premier rock guitarists. To date, he has released 4 instrumental solo albums, supported Joe Satriani and continues to be involved in the Brisbane music scene through his music tuition studio, Simon Gardner Music.

Simon started learning guitar at the age of 13 at Brisbane Grammar School under the expert tutelage of Brisbane jazz guitarist and teacher, Rick Purdie. Simon attended the Musicians Institute in Hollywood and graduated in 1990.
