Multi-instrumentalist Mariah Ver Hoef [Vur-Hoof] has opened for k.d. lang, Indigo Girls, Dar Williams, and Libby Roderick, and she is a recurring #1 artist on Jango Internet radio. Mariah released three full length albums by the age of 16; she self-recorded and produced her first album of all original music at age 14. At 10th Planet studio she produced her second, and third solo album. Ver Hoef lives in Fairbanks Alaska and draws inspiration from the rich life around her. The latest album, “Space Between Two Worlds” is pop with folk-rock influences, and has been compared to Colbie Caillat, Alanis Morissette, and Michelle Branch. The music of this young, up-and-coming singer songwriter has strong melodies, vivid imagery and she writes about the trials and excitement of coming of age. The latest album includes Ver Hoef performing on electric guitar and keyboards as well as acoustic guitar and vocal layers. Self-educated in her music and academics, she graduated from high-school in December 2010. She had tours in Alaska, Iceland, Norway, and The Netherlands in spring 2011. Please visit
