I think the pictures tells you all about my core...From the the Seminary to the Military. Love life and this country. I have 3 kids..24, 21 and 19. They are trying to keep me up to speed. LOL Oh, I'm a proud grandpa now.

In My Room

In my room things were neatly arranged. The birds sing a

perfect melody as I stand and watch the morning sun

majestically kiss the gold hills in the east. As I stand, I can feel

the heartbeat of life all around, the smell of fresh dew on the

ground. Then I close my eyes to see what is missing from my

perfect room. My heart grew heavy yet I’m still filled with life, for

my heart grew heavy fr0m the lack of someone like you in

my life

Thinking of times when the sun was shinning.

A cool breeze filled the air, gently ruffling the trees as we walked.

I remember the times when we sat and talked on the park bench.

I used to stand in the hall watching you while you brushed your hair, thanking God for blessing me with such a wonderful creature that was you.

On rainy days, we use to take long walks hand in hand, occasionally sharing a loving smile.

It’s raining now and the drops I never noticed fills my eyes….

This morning I walked alone.

I generally like doing simple things. I like long walks and a little 2 mile jog. I may step out and get a little dancing in or throw a couple games of darts. I enjoy meeting new people who have a positive outlook on life, themselves and others. I like pretty much all kinds of music.

Television: Not that much, but I have a few favorites. Let's see...NCIS, MMA, Burn Notice, any Star Trek, and the original Stargate series. I mostly watch the History Channel or SyFy (Sci-Fi) Channel. I like to flip between the two.

Films: I don't hit the theater much. I usually wait until they come out on dvd. I do like Tombstone, Blackhawk Down, Eragon and the Kingdom.

I don't read much...after 8 hours of work/reading dry insurance and safety stuff my eyes are too tired. I get my news from CNN , video clips and other sources. I like Olsen Scott Card (Ender's Game) though. Good SciFi
