I love all kinds of music but have always been drawn to the cool British sounds from over the last 40+ years. Many non-Brit bands along the way took their cue from the UK and put out some awesome stuff just the same. I used to be in the US mod revival scene back in the early 80's...good times but kind of tough to latch on to a culture that was supposed to be forward thinking but relied so heavily on tradition. Not to mention wearing a suit and parka in sunny SoCal winters is kind of missing the point. But I still dig Vespas and Lambrettas. Wish I had room in the garage for one.
Guitars! I have a few lying around the house - about 10. Yes, I need them all!
I have a healthy collection of music and I get great joy playing songs for my young daughter as she gets to hear classic songs for the first time. She has 2 guitars herself now! Music - playing it or listening to it, is a huge part of our family. It does not get much better than that.
The Simpsons or the History Channel. Not much else. Does watching old footage of 60's bands on Youtube count?
Not sure why but I've always loved the zombie gnere. Go figure...
Music, history and the occasional fiction title thrown in for good measure.
