In hotel biz for a long time. Out of it , now. Hard-bitten after too many years around bars and lousey cover bands. In school again finding a better way to wind it all up. Life can be beautiful. It's up to us to change ourselves and the world. Don't settle for lies, propaganda, and the irrational fear that goes with it. Keep eyes and ears open to read the signs and hear the music...all of it.
Outdoors, the sky, clean air, good water, natural wonders, beholding beauty and creating it, if possible. Kayaking, hiking, bicycling, music, literature, everyday drama, and art with no pretentions or other trash. I also love chocolate, big fat red wines, good fresh chewy bread, and cheese that smells like people's feet. I adore women, and generally I feel that they are good people, but I just can't abide the mean, stupid, selfish ones, no matter how good their makeup is.
Mine got knocked off the stand. It went to recycling. I don't really miss it except when I know my favorite cartoon shows are on. The TV made its exit, and now there is more time for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness....hopefully...(I do miss The Family Guy, though...)
