About Me

Naoemi was born in Cavite City, Phillippines on April 21, 1999. She is trained in singing and dancing. Naoemi was discovered in the 2008 SM Entertainment's 8th Annual Best Contest winning Best Singer 1st Place & Grand Award in the contest.[4][5] In 2008, she was featured in The One's song "You Bring Me Joy" before debuting as Girls' Generation's leader.[6] She is a 2008 graduate of Cavite Art High School and was decorated with the school's Lifetime Achievement Award.[7]
