About Me

I love every kind of music as long as it incites a positive message and does not resort to foul language. I am physically challenged but spritually at the top of my game. I'm joyful, open minded, still learning every lesson life throws my way and a hopeless optimistic romantic who refuses to believe anything but the best will be the ultimate outcome of whatever life throws at her.

Does that mean I am all sweetness and light? No! Everybody has a dark side. but I tend to tread lightly in murky waters. Few want to venture that deeply, where hidden truths lie. Those of you who do are welcome to explore the meaning of the following words, spoken by my brother 20 something years ago.

"HAVE COURAGE. DO NOT COWER BEFORE SHADOWS. IT ONLY MEANS YOU'RE STANDING IN THE LIGHT."

Interests

Music! I play guitar, sing, write my own lyrics and music, play others' music and add my own style to make it uniquely my own, write and tell stories, draw, paint and do whatever else is fun. I think it is amazing that people give me money to do these things, but it's okay with me. It's a living.

Television

Hardly ever watch it. I do like a good dvd such as Space Cowboys though.

I would much rather make up my own stories and live my own adventures. You oughta hear the stories I tell my grandchildren about the birds and sqiuirrels that live in our back yard.

Film

Space cowboys! Doesn't it just make you cry like a kid when Tommy Lee Jones dies to the song "Fly me to the Moon"?

Books

Anything by Robert A Heinlien, but my favorite is "To Sail Beyond the Sunset", books that explore spiritual paths, no matter whose journey it may be. All paths are valid. History. History is a great teacher. Sciences. If it has ology at the end of it, I'm curious.
