About Me

Musically: This is a music site after all right? Seems an appropriate place to begin.

Metal, Rock, Hard rock, soft rock and just about any level of engorgement in between you can imagine. Some hip hop, a lil r and b, some soul, jazz, funk and fusion. Hell, I even like a lot of country music. I guess I'm just a music lover first and everything else when appropriate.

Interests

MMA is the sport of the gods. UFC, WEC and Strikeforce to name a few. Martial arts and MMA have been a major influence in my life long before this recent popularity its experiencing. I'm glad that is has FINALLY taken off, but worry it's getting lost in it's own success. Time will tell.

On the other hand it looks like I'll always have sports entertainment in other forms. Like; Football; Go Chargers! I'm a native born Bolts fan.(and) Hockey, My Avalanche got taken out here by the locals in San Jose this year in the playoffs so just waiting for next year ATM.

Television

I'd have to ask Tivo. But she knows what I like if I'm in the mood for TV.

Film

Top Gun, Pulp Fiction, Sin City, 300, Back to the future, The Matrix, Fight Club, The Princess Bride, Donnie Darko, Groundhog Day, The Fast and the Furious, Stardust and many more.

Books

Holy crap this could be a LONG list, Ill just mention a few for now... Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson, Lightning by Dean Koontz, Angels and Demons by Dan Brown was brilliant (and no i havent seen that movie yet so i guess add to list above). A Fighters Heart by Sam Sheridan should be required reading for any MMA or fight fan and anyone who loves one but doesn't understand their choice of violence in sport. The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger is a personal favorite.

But speaking of reading :
