POLITICS MAY BE DOMINATED AND NATIONALIZED, BUT SONGS HAVE A WAY OF LEAPING BOUNDARIES
“All you need is love” (Beatles) is the first song I can remember. It was in some of the parties of my sisters and his friends at home. And with Beatles: Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Wings, The Kinks, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Stones... (a little hippies, my sisters, yes, but as said a good friend in Jango: “Don´t worry, be hippie”).
While Simon and Garfunkel are at Philharmonic Hall (New York) playing “The Dangling conversation”, I was born in Barcelona (Catalonia), and I grew up in a town near the big city (seeing his “Big City Lights”).
When I was in the school (“School days”, “Rock´n´roll High School”) I began to play drums with a local band of hard rock (covers by AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Deep Purple, Def Leppard, etc.). And at home I use to listen all kind of bands and musicians (hippies or not; metal or not; blues or not).
I left drumms when I began to study in the university, and some years after (2001) I was father of a precious girl (and I enjoy a lot to be father: If I´m not on air all day is because I´m with her (as long as she wants; someday I supose I will be a terrible and very unpleasant father-in-law!!! LOL...).
I like listen music, read about musicians, go to concerts, watch movie-pics of musicians and writers, go to festivals, watch music reports on tv..., all this kind of things.
I like animals (We are members of the BCN zoo club). And yes, lions in particular. I like humans, too (except the hawks with tie ;D).
I´m working in an office all the day, and I like to be outdoor, to go to the beach, to walk, to go to the mountain, to have a full social life... and to read novels, biographies, books about history and traditions of differents countries...
I found really good friends in the first months in Jango. I had to left it because I´m working now on line, with a group of workmates connected in the same server (The times ther are a-changin´), and had some problems.
Now I will not be on air so often than before, but I´m friend of my friends.
Two, in colour!!!
