Born in Jamaica, grew up in New York city and then Orlando Florida. Growing up my dad was a DJ on a Carribean station in NYC and both him and my mom had really great, elcectic taste in music. As a child I was listening to loads of reggae plus anything from Johhny Cash and Dolly Parton to Dionne Warwick. I love this site because you can interact with people who have similar tastes in music. In only a couple of days I already have some great new friends on here!

Love to read, am currently reading Salman Rushdie's The Moor's Last Sigh, what a pleasure to read. Other favorites include Things Fall Apart, The Invisible Man, Tess of the D'Urbervilles, The Little Prince and The Alchemist, which is a life changing little book.

I also love cooking and going to restaurants, I love food! Jamaican, Indian, Thai, Chinese, Senegalese, Nigerian, Russian, Afghan... I'm always looking to try something new.

I'm really creative, love working with my hands, designing and making clothes to putting up shelves.
