About Me

Here I am:

Single Male

Musician and Songwriter

Studied Philosohpy in College

Avid Reader

I "Worship at The Altar" of Stone-Flat Rock-n-Roll and Blues!!

I live with three Crystal-Cool Cats... Emerson, Dylan, and Thoreau.

Favorite Quote: "The Unexamined Life is Not Worth Living."

-- Plato

OTHER Favorite Quote: "When the going gets Weird, The Weird turn Pro."

-- Hunter S. Thompson "May He Rage In Eternal Madness... Selah."

Interests

Vintage Gibson Guitars, Historical Leather WWII Flight Jackets, Ancient History, and Classical Literature. If you find "ME" (above), or any of my Musical Choices interesting, just write me. You'll get to know who I am eventually !!!

Television

I don't watch it. Just DVD's... Movies, Rock-n-Roll Concerts, George Carlin, and Historical Documentaries/Films of all sorts light me up! ...Rather eclectic tastes, all-in-all, seem to be the order of the day, and a Finely Twisted Day it can be !!!

Film

I do at least TRY to keep it scrubbed off... it ITCHES...!!! ; - ) !!!

Books

Widely Varied, so long as I have a Neverending Supply...!!!

Favorite Authors: Hunter S. Thompson, Tom Robbins, Henry David Thoreau, Dante Alighieri, Francis Bacon, Rene Descartes, and Plato. Ah, yes... lest I seem "Elitist" in my reading tastes, allow me to say that Clive Cussler, Anne Rice, and Stephen King are among my "Guilty Pleasures...!!!"

P.S.~ "The Hobbit," and "The Lord of The Rings" REMAIN four of the Slickest, Hippest, and COOLEST volumes ever committed to print !!!

Well... except for Bob Dylan's autobiography -- "Chronicles." And I'm sure he wouldn't care for it a bit. But so what? He's stuck IN it. And I in mine.
