About Me

Obviously, I love music. Favorite band: No Doubt. Favorite single artist: Phil Collins. I have several favorite songs; can't pin it down to just one. I like new stuff as well as older, and I listen to a wide variety of genres, from rock to pop to country to metal to some hip-hop and even classical. Just don't make me listen to any bluegrass, polka, opera, or straight-up rap and I (probably) won't hate you. I listen to Jango when I'm at work, slaving away on the computer.

BTW: The No Doubt/Paramore concert in St. Louis was AWESOME!!!

Interests

Artists I would like to see added to Jango: Otto's Daughter and Kidneythieves. I'd also like to hear more songs by Sugababes (mostly "Overload") and Jann Arden ("Insensitive").

A Jango function that would be nice to have: Being able to move an artist from one station to another. That way you don't have Gretchen Wilson weirdly playing on your classic rock station alongside the Eagles, or vice versa.

Television

"Buffy the Vampire Slayer"; "Angel"; "Dark Angel"; "Xena Warrior Princess"; "Hercules the Legendary Journies"; "Smallville"; "Charmed"; "Bewitched"; "Gilligan's Island"; "Survivor"; "America's Next Top Model"

Film

"Dirty Dancing"; "The Fifth Element"; "Happy Gilmore"; the X-Men movies; the Spider-Man movies

Books

Fantasy & paranormal/horror, mostly. I love Harry Potter and the Lord of the Rings (The Hobbit is better than the trilogy).
