America's religious (atheists and agnostics included), political and ideological beliefs are tragically fragmented. They no longer have a common base of moral or ethical standards. Teachers should leave the morals and ethics to be taught by parents. Teachers should teach subjects that are absolute like Reading, Writing, Arithmetic, Civics/Social Studies, History (with truth and balance), etc. Any subject that has the possibility of being subjective should be carefully scrutinized for bias, truth, and accuracy while being objective, balanced and equitable.

Most admirable include "America's Most Wanted", "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" & "Undercover Boss". Most provocative include "Dead Like Me" & "Weeds". Educational interests include Health/Medical, Finance/Business, History, Home Building/Remodeling and Cooking shows. I also sample many of the latest, popular and trendy shows and regularly watch about a dozen... Recent interest include the hilarious "Raising Hope" along with "No Ordinary Family", "V", "The Vampire Diaries", "Human Target", "Nikita", "Life Unexpected", "Desperate Housewives", "Lie To Me" and "Bones". Past interest include "The Gates", "Rookie Blue", "Good Guys", "Scoundrels", "The Mentalist", "Trauma", "Heroes", "The Unit", "Lost" (TV's Greatest Con Job and a waste of many hours waiting for the anti-climatic resolution), "NCIS", "So You Think You Can Dance", "Masterchef" and "Hell's Kitchen". Reruns I occasionally watch are "Becker", "Seinfeld" and "Scrubs"... Oh, oK! If you must know, once in a great while I watch "I Dream of Jeannie". Ha! If only a "blink" could change the world. I'm aware of Hulu dot com for watching other oldies, but time is fleeting.
