I'm a product of the '80's. My Myers-Briggs personality test pegs me as an INTP.
You Are An INTP - The Thinker
You are analytical and logical - and on a quest to learn everything you can. Smart and complex, you always love a new intellectual challenge. Your biggest pet peeve is people who slow you down with trivial chit chat. A quiet maverick, you tend to ignore rules and authority whenever you feel like it. You would make an excellent mathematician, programmer, or professor.

"Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever. -Lance Armstrong"
"Primitive life is very common and intelligent life is fairly rare. Some would say it has yet to occur on earth." -Stephen Hawking
"Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things" -Peter Drucker
"When you get hurt and all your sacrifice adds up to nothing... are you willing to put it all on the line again?" -Conrad Stoltz
"Knowing is not enough. We must apply." -Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
CROSS FIRE
This is the second day without anyone.
I am chinning against a dark sky
to strengthen my arms.
A picture of everyone I love passes thru me.
No clear light streams thru this cell.
Theres no dawn.
What have I gained
by lying in this abyss,
waiting for the masonry
to show a little slit
for my soul to get through?
-Joseph Ceravolo
TRANSMIGRATION SOLO
See the black bird
in that tree
trying out the branches, puzzled.
I am up there with you
puzzled against the rain
blinking my eyes.
-Joseph Ceravolo

Fearlessness means living with love. Fearlessness is getting up one more time than you fall down.
"You bend for a girl until the crack of your ass starts showing, that's when you say ENOUGH!" - Santo's Father
"How indifferent people can get, how deeply convinced of having lost the right track forever." - Kafka's Bauer
I dropped cable TV (too much else to do!) but I like Battlestar Galactica, Smallville, Real Time with Bill Maher, Scrubs, Monk, Psych, The Dead Zone, Heros, 24, Nip/Tuck, Big Love, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Daily Show, Star Trek: Enterprise.
Movies are for a brief escape from the day, maxing out your sodium intake, and testing your bladder control. For a matinee, I'll see about anything. However, while I can watch a film where Schwarzenegger kills everyone in a police station, I tend to avoid movies where there's an intimate killing (get that free on the news). For cinema that needs the big screen, I don't mind an evening price. I'm not being frugal, it's just I'd rather not hand out money to the media giants when I expect half the time the movie is going to suck. Funny though, I rarely rate a movie below three stars on my NetFlix.
Mostly read to escape: Mission Earth, Star Wars spin offs, Tom Clancy, Greg Bear, Dan Brown, Arthur C. Clarke. Sometimes to expand: Suduko, End of Faith, The God Delusion, Stephen Hawking, Breaking the Spell, Crimes Against Logic, Understanding Higher Universes In Six Easy Lessons. The last book I read was The Last Lecture.
