I've been listening to rock-n-roll ever since I can remember. My parents used to dance on the "original" American Bandstand, and had raised me on everything from Elvis to Chubby Checker. As I grew older my music has also changed. I grew to appriciate most styles of music. I got into country, soul, jazz, and the blues. But, my true love is rock-n-roll. My favorite is the metal that came out of the 80's. This is before music was commercialized. There was so much happening in those songs: killer lyrics, drum solos, keyboards, brass sections, orchestras, choirs, great guitar riffs, and monster bass solos. There was something happening in almost every song. No wonder bands in this decade copy music from the 80's, and it's no wonder that the 80's headliners are still rocking today!
Listening to Rock-N-Roll, watching movies, fantasy sports, NASCAR racing, NFL, camping, drinking a few beers, and having fun with friends and family.
I like to watch The Unit, NCIS, CSI (all 3), Three and a half men, Survivor, America's got talent, and quite a few others. I love to watch NASCAR races, NFL games, and other sports.
I like comedies, dramas, action flix, war movies, westerns, and horror movies. I'm not crazy about love stories or tear-jerkers, but I'll watch them with my wife occaisionally. My favorite has to be "ET", because it was the first movie that I saw in a theater.
The best book that I have ever read was Stephen King's "The Stand". I don't have the time to read too much anymore, but I used to read a lot of books that were based on historical facts.
