Originally from Buffalo, NY so I'm much more the winter type. I like running, and I run a lot out on the trails here in the desert southwest. I enjoy 10k's and half marathons and the biathlon. Fifteen-year mountain biker, started competition riding two years ago and have the scars to prove it. I also enjoy fast-packing and participating in various endurance events. My 2005 Jeep Wrangler is my baby and southern Arizona has provided some wonderful off-roading. I enjoy craft beer, particularly pale and india pale ales and doublebocks. I'm about as particular about my Buffalo Wings as I am my beer - and no, Buffalo Wild Wings' wings don't cut it though it's a great place to chill with friends. I fit sports (baseball, football, hockey) in between. Easy going and I don't like to stress out about anything.

I ride Specialized mountain bikes. I run in Saucony shoes and am a big fan of Pearl Izumi running and biking wear. West coast breweries can't be beat - Stone, Anchor, Sierra Nevada, Deschutes, Rogue, North Coast, and a couple others that I'm sure I'm forgetting. I'm a classic rock fanatic but I'm still listening to 80's heavy metal - WASP, Dio, Megadeth, Iron Maiden, etc.... I can't seem to grow out of it, don't really want to.
ESPN, X-Games and Olympics, House, History Channel, VH1 "Best Of" Series. Other than that, I don't have much time to watch TV as I'm usually screwing off outdoors.
