Well, Bigb, the lyrics certainly can apply to the images of the video, no question. 9/11 was both heartbreaking and continues to be a subject of lies by those responsible. Good job.

Sorry cQ, I just copy and pasted the lyrics. The start of the song is, " I feel like I've been more than lied to..."

Broken Words and music by Bruce W. Soule {C}2008 Bruce W. Soule I feel like Ive been more than lied to I feel Ive been betrayed and led astray you took me You took me down the road to nowhere Told me this was it, yeah, this was the way to make it To make it all that much more better But you were a liar and I was a fool to believe you Im all messed up inside Theres something wrong with me Feels like Im locked up And I just cant find the key All these emotions About driving me out of my mind I look in the mirror And I find Im broken I see its all just an illusion You see theres more to you than meets the eye and I know youre I know youre nothing but a user And I was wrong to think youd never make me cry and you gave me You gave me misery and sorrow Now pain lives inside me And now you know you know now

Well, I AM a singer. I even authored and recorded a song called "Sky Is Burning, World Is Turning" about the topic you address. The SONG is the thing. What you invest in it vocally and/or instrumentally breathes life, or not, into it. As to your song and recording of it... I liked what I heard. The only lyrics I could actually make out were "I'm broken inside." During those passages I felt a definite emotional impact, which is the important thing. The drums and guitar work were effective, and conveyed that emotion. Your voice may be limited, but your feelings are deep and genuine. I just wish I could make out exactly what you were saying.
