Running (have to get rid of the cupcakes somehow).
Banter.
Wide open spaces.
Big trees.
Festivals.
1950's skirts.
The night sky above Yosemite Valley.
Tea shops.
Ink (under skin or in books).
Sharing rooftops, particularly when it's stormy.
Quality American imports mainly, but have a soft spot for Spaced, Mighty Boosh, Flight of the Conchords, and other slightly surreal comedy shows. Anything with David Attenborough is usually wonderful.
From Oldboy to My Fair Lady, stopping at most places in between. Recently dug: Pans Labyrinth, Garden State, Tsotsi, City of God, The Fisher King, Station Master, Y Tu Mama Tambien, The Lives of Others, La Haine, In My Father's Den, Half Nelson, Delicatessen.
Bit of a bookworm - Peter Carey, Salman Rushdie, Margeret Atwood, Graham Swift, Sarah Waters, Angela Carter, Ian McEwan.
