Still cancer free!

I'm two years cancer free! Let's see I've fought the cancer in my lymph nodes and won! Yes, I won!!

Two years later and I am still fighting uterine cancer. It has moved into my lymph nodes! So I am burning it out with radiation. Oh yea and eating right! Lots of good fresh veggies and fruit. Support your local growers! And my feet are still awesome. Now they are awesome fighting feet!

Well I was cancer free for a while. Now I am not. I had a tumor the size of a cantalope removed. Keep up the vigilance. Stage 1 is the cure.

I had cancer and I have won the battle so far!

I am sharing my cancer experience with you all in hopes that we all prevent another woman from dying from ovarian or uterine cancers. We all know women who have female issues. GET a vaginal ultrasound. Ask for one for your wife, GF or mother. Make sure they always get one at each pap smear. And remember a pap smear only checks for cervical cancer --not ovarian or uterine cancers!!!

Gardening! Eating crunchy veggies! Hugging trees to keep from toppling over in my heels! LOL ummmm walking barefoot in the sand at a beach. Walking miles before I sleep!
