I can't live without music played from the heart, or being able to look at the ocean or a garden. Gardens and oceans may live in art. Some days I write to live. Other days, I live for music. I teach about herbs and healing at my shop near the beach. My grandfather surfed with the Duke, and I seem to have inherited his love of the sea...
Love rests on no foundation.
It is an endless ocean,
with no beginning or end.
Imagine,
a suspended ocean,
riding on a cushion of ancient secrets.
All souls have drowned in it,
and now dwell there.
One drop of that ocean is hope,
and the rest is fear.
~ Rumi
