I love Anouk, I hope she gets on in the States. Please listen, she is a top artist! When I play her, she really relaxes and comforts me and she mellows my mind. Don't know how. If you like a more rocking start play I Spy. A slower, sensitive and meaningful song is Fading. She takes a long reach in styles and rhythms. In May 2008 we were chocked that she divorced from Raymon Stoteyn. He is the lead singer in the reggae/rap band Postman. First they were fine, they said. In a later interview she stated that it was a hard time and that there was a lot of grief in her life nowadays. There is a lot more, and you will understand that it passes my mind when I hear her songs. She puts a lot of seeds for grief in them. Maybe you have a fav in the same way.
