So recently young and reckless; so quickly a dinosaur! Music, fortunately, transcends it all. I prefer electric Texas blues, and screaming guitars in general. I have loved the same woman since 1975. Check out over a thousand pictures: http://basenjipack.blogspot.com. I live simply. I wear some skin art. In case you wondered, the sixties were a gas if you managed not to get arrested. I can also be very impatient in the face of misrepresentation and dissembling, so go be an asshole elsewhere.
I am into music, Basenjis, gardening, photography, journaling, blogging, and chillin. I have had to figure out how much is enough, and make it work together in the pursuit of happiness. I stick pretty close to home. Driving a car is an odious chore. I've seen enough tits to last three lifetimes.
I mute all the commercials. Most television sucks beyond description. Not that I care what you do, but get a satellite dish, or cable, or give it up. I try to listen to music as much as possible. I just watched four episodes of Ab-Fab on DVD with she-who-accepted-me.
Film noir, darker is better. I enjoy dark tales with wry twists. I like stuff directed by Quentin Tarentino, or the Coens like Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill One and Two, Pulp Fiction, and everything from Blood Simple to No Country for Old Men. It always helps if the film maker has a sense of humor.
I read non-fiction, and a daily paper. It helps make me sound interested, which I'm not. I am reading H.L. Mencken's Chrestomathy. The "H" stands for Henry.
