I'm a teacher of children with Autism. Married with 2 children, writing a novel. Love all kinds of music from classical to American to Britpop to newer artists.Currently love Noel Gallagher's 'High flying birds' -you can see where the real talent in Oasis came from!
I have recently survived an incredibly rare form of cancer, thanks to theNHS.
Gym, Swimming, reading, writing(see above), cooking. I have made some inventive birthday cakes for friends.
Best thing to come out of America, or anywhere- 'The Sopranos'. Brilliant. Loved Edie Falco in Nurse Jackie. Recently enjoyed 'The Slap'. Very faithful to the book.
'Up' . Oh, how I sobbed at Karl and Ellie's love story. Also watched Enduring Love again recently. Cried with laughter at 'Four lions'. Rather dark in places, but hellishly funny.
Sorry, predictable for an English teacher-'Pride and Prejudice' Modern-'The line of beauty' 'Atonement', 'Of mice and men', 'Vernon God Little'. Also love The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran. Recently read 'We need to talk about Kevin'. Fiendishly well written, horribly compelling.
