Noel Thomas David Gallagher (born 29 May 1967) is an English musician, best known as the former lead guitarist, backing vocalist and principal songwriter of the English rock band Oasis. Raised in Burnage, Manchester with brother Liam, Noel began learning guitar at the age of thirteen.
