His debut CD, Gut Check, was recorded at Dog House Studios in Little Rock, AR back when he had no knowledge of professional production or mixing and mastering. Reggie, his engineer, not only educated him but helped create the sound most fans hail the “Muniklip Sound”. The disc garnered loads of good press and earned him a spot on a music tour in Bahrain 2007.

Since hitting the scene in 2004, Muniklip has developed a swagger all his own by becoming his own audio engineer, beat producer, video editor, photo retouch specialist, and website designer. He has continually expanded his horizons, gigging throughout the Midwest. One would think that a lack of clout from cd sales and global popularity would cause this young, talented man to hang it all up, but it’s has been just the opposite.
