As Enur, Copenhagen-based dance producer and DJ Rune Kolsch scored a major club hit in 2007 with a fresh version of a years-old Rune track titled "Calabria," featuring reggae vocalist and fellow Dane Natasja Saad (who passed away in a June 2007 car accident). The track topped Billboard's U.S. dance chart in early 2008. “ Saad, the daughter of a Danish photographer, Kirstine Saad, and a Sudanese father, started singing and DJ'ing at the age of 13 in Copenhagen, where she performed live with Miss Mukupa and McEmzee in the band, No Name Requested. During that period, she also performed along with Queen Latifah and gained popularity in Jamaica. In 1998, while in training to become a professional jockey, she fell off her horse. This seriously slowed down her career.In the summer of 2004, she published the 12" single "Cover Me" and later the 7" "Summercute" and in 2005, the CD "Release". In the same year, she appeared at Bikstok Rogsystem's biggest hit, Cigar covered as 'Lille T'.In 2006 she won the reggae competition, Irie FM Big Break Contest in Jamaica with the song "45 Questions" as the first non-Jamaican ever. First prize was a record label, a music video, a photo session and a job at the Reggae Sumfest-festival, where 50 Cent and Rihanna, amongst others, also performed.Natasja's first major hit, "Mon De Reggae," was inspired ”

“ It sucks how quick you can become famous when you die, while most people are working so hard to be something when they're alive. Just because someone dies, everybody is so quick to brak the rules. Look at how much Aaliyah was played on the radio when she died, despite the very strict rules radio has to play only certain things at certain times, over and over again. If you know that people want it nd you could do it, then why not just do it all the time? Imagine how much more it would've helped a lot of people if they were given the attention they diserved when they were still alive. I think recognizing someone while they are alive makes much more sense than waiting for them to die, then all the sudden we all find reasons for why they should be famous. ”
