Thomas Rotter; bass, composer displays his soulful versatility as an instrumentalist and as a composer on his 2009 released debut album "Traumzeit". It features 10 original compositions by Thomas. The tunes seem to have special qualities: two songs from album, "Rainsong" and "No way out", were several weeks among the "Top Ten Jazz compositions" on the composers platform "sibeliusmusic" in 2000.
The album features two special guests from Brazil: one of the most busy brazilian drummers; André "Limao" Queiroz from Belo Horizonte, who worked with top musicians like Toninho Horta or Maria Schneider, and Cléber Alves on tenor-and sopranosaxes. Cléber is also from Belo Horizonte and gained some special reputation for his 2006 released album "Revinda" which was choosen as the "best instrumental album" from Minas Gerais.
