Dr Jenkins attended The High School of Music and Art where she studied Fine Arts and graduated with Honors; she then attended Adelphi University in Garden City where she obtained a BFA in Fine Arts with Honors and later a MSW degree. Dr Jenkins is not only an accomplished Painter and Sculptor, she is a practicing licensed Social Worker, a Psychologist; and a Ordained Ecumenical Minister. Dr Jenkins always had an ever constant increasing interest in music. The Piano; the Organ, the Keyboard and Guitar became her primary mediums in the realm of music. She has a Doctorate Degrees in Divinity; Theology; Psychology; Philosophy. After years of counseling others to accomplish their dreams, she finally decided to pursue more of her own – that is to produce an Album consisting of songs she has composed and to share it with others. The love of music and the need to compose her songs of Life exploded in 2008 with composing many, many songs of such Genre: Jazz; New Age; Mantra; Rock; Pop.
