The Maine is an American rock band from Tempe, Arizona founded in 2007 by Pat Kirch with Garrett Nickelsen. The band's name originates from the song "Coast of Maine" by Ivory. The Maine is made up of singer John O'Callaghan V, bassist Garrett Nickelsen, guitarists Kennedy Brock and Jared Monaco, and drummer Pat Kirch.
