Dear each and every one utopian and Orwellian alike Adelle - The Band from Oddworld, forthwith known simply as The Band from Oddworld has laid the final touches on their second self titled studio album ahead of relocating to the UK in search of new sounds, stages and adventure....

The release of their previous album Hello Sane Age Sins saw the band attain cultish success touring Australia and Japan, appearing frequently on Channel V and MJTV as well as performing on festivals such as Big Day Out and Soundwave.

The band has spent the last 6 months together in their house (reportedly an ex-brothel) where much of the new disc was written and recorded and have recently emerged to see the sunshine. Always candid about their experiences they cite the creepy premises alongside playing to wider audiences as being the major influence on the new record.
