Sandra Crouch is an American Gospel music performer, drummer and songwriter. Musical career She won a Grammy Award in 1985 for "Best Soul Gospel Performance, Female". During the late 1960s through the early 1970s, she played tambourine on a number of Motown recording sessions. Her most memorable accomplishment was sing the lead in gospel mega-hit "God Is Trying To Tell You Something," written by Quincy Jones, her brother Andre Crouch and Bill Maxwell.
