Rochelle Marie Lightfoot is an American multi-genre singer, songwriter, recording artist. A mezzo soprano, she is well known for her big intense vocals, purity of tone and for her powerful rendition of The Star-Spangled Banner, in which she debuted nationally across the United States during a Miami Dolphins NFL football game in 2013.
Rochelle is considered a natural vocal phenomenon (vocal prodigy). Her mother notes “she started singing when she was just 18 months old, shocked hearing Rochelle mimicking the radio playing Aretha Franklin’s song RESPECT, in perfect pitch and says her daughter has been singing ever since”. In 2011, Rochelle released her début Christmas Album titled The Gift, followed by her newest Big Band Jazz Album titled Jazzy Classics released in 2014.
Rochelle continues to amaze audiences with her unique big voice and soulful style while singing various genres of music. She has been performing professionally for over 20 years.
