Rohan Lloyd Lindsay a.k.a. “Ronnie Bops” who is a Recording Cross-Over Artist/Performer was born in Kingston Jamaica. In 1984 he immigrated to New York City where he resides since that time in the Bronx. Rohan graduated from Jane Addams Vocational High School in 1994. Because his primary loves of music he formed a group by the name of:

“Young Veterans” specializing in Reggae music. The members later signed a contract with a promotional company known as

“Upfront Promotions” located in Miami Florida. While being a part of this promotional company in 1995, the group released their debut song “Zestfully clean” in the spring of 1996. The group was managed by a well known man of the Industry named Wesley Alexander “OG Jazz” Hooks. In 1997 the group performed in an International tour while opening

Up concerts for such known Artist as: “Boyz II Men” Fat Joe” “Shabba Ranks, Lt. Stitchie, Coco Tea, Beenie Man, Everton Blender, Tony Rebel, Doug E. Fresh, Luciano, Culture, Luckie D., Wayne Wonder, Morgan Heritage and many more. The group performed in the following states: Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and too many to mention.

In 1998 the members of the group each went their separate ways. In the year 2005 Ronnie Bops started his solo career as a recording cross-over artist.

In addition of having performed in many well known venues in New York City such as the World Famous Apollo Theatre,

The Mother ship Connection “Time Warner”, M.N.N. Manhattan Neighborhood Network along side Television talk show hosts

“Ms. Bea Montgomery.” The famous Savoy Night Club , Club Sa’vage , Club Elite, Skate Key in The Boogie Down Bronx. & World Famous Empire Skating Rink in Flatbush Brooklyn while visiting numerous radio stations through out the nation.

Ronnie Bops Creates is own music & lyrics. In 2005 he reunited with former groups Mentor manager Wesley Alexander “OG Jazz” Hooks who then introduced him to producer “Waldermar Cotto a.k.a. Dedanero.

Since then the two have collaborated on Ronnie Bops musical projects.

In late 2008 Ronnie Bops has recorded a solo project. His selection includes the singles entitled.” Tired” and “Hey Queen.” Soon to be released

July Of 2009. On the upcoming EP entitled “Are You Tired?”
