Biography….what a silly thing. But most folks expect one so here, you get one:

R L Perkins is a human being. He was born in St. Louis, MO. After spending some time being an infant, he became a child. He then learned to play the guitar (and a whole bunch of other instruments too). Then he moved to Texas.

After spending some time as a musical child Mr. Perkins decided to alter his physical appearance to reflect that of an adult. However, he decided that the best course of action was to stay a child in his head.

So Mr. Perkins ended up as a musical child with the appearance of an adult, living in Texas, making music. Listen to it. Love it. Cherish it.
