Maria Satomi Shoji had her first piano lessons at the age of ４. She studied at Music High school and College of Music in Osaka. Debut Concert was the Bach's No.1 Concerto with Kansai Philharmonic Orchestra in 1983. Later, sie studied at the Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts in Salzburg and University of Music in Vienna,Diploma in 1996.

Since then she has performed in different cities in Europe and Japan, participates in Music Festivals.

She has been asked to give piano master classes to students at conservatories.

Music Office Shoji Seichu Artists Circle was founded in 2008. Sie participates in the jap.austrian culture institut, Piano Teachers' National Association, international exchange activity, jap.psychology counsellor society,etc.
