From: NY, United States
Made in London, and breaking New York, Louise Aubrie brings together indie post-punk roots with rock and pop melodies. Writing all her own material, Louise's debut album, Fingers Crossed..., was released in 2010 to critical acclaim in both the US and the UK, receiving national radio airplay. This album was Louise's first collaboration with Boz Boorer, one of the pioneers of the British rockabilly movement, and long term co-writer and musical director for Morrissey. Boorer produced and engineered Fingers Crossed at his studio in Portugal.
Louise's highly anticipated follow-up album, Time Honoured Alibi, is released in March 2013, with Boorer once more at the helm, both as producer and as a co-writer with Louise on a new track.
