Libido is a Peruvian rock band formed in Lima in 1996. Six studio albums, two live albums and a DVD make up their discography. At present, they are promoting their new production "Rarezas en Vivo" and their new single "Cuelgo el teléfono."

Libido has taken part in the most important festivals of the Americas: "Festival of New Bands " (Caracas / Venezuela), "Rock al Parque" (Bogotá / Colombia), "International Paceña Beer Festival " (La Paz / Bolivia) "Festival Cabildo Rock & Pop (Montevideo / Uruguay) " International Cusqueña Beer Festival " (Cusco / Peru) "LAMC" (New York / USA) "SXSW" (Texas / USA) "Vive Latino" (Mexico DF / Mexico) "Buenos Aires Hot Festival" (Buenos Aires / Argentina) "Pepsi Music" (Buenos Aires / Argentina)

They were winners for two consecutive years (2003 and 2004) of the Latin American MTV awards.
