Lee E. Ferrier has a music and word ministry called, Follow the Spirit Ministry. Lee ministers to nursing homes, retirement centers and homeless shelters on a regular basis. Follow the Spirit Ministry is portable and travels to conduct ministry services for conventions, workshops, outdoor activities, youth groups and various church functions.
Lee started playing on talent nights at the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles, California in the mid 70’s. He began playing in parks for homeless victims in Amarillo, Texas in 1994.. Over the years he ministered in various churches and spent one year ministering with the Carmen Prison Ministry in Tulsa, Ok.
In addition to singing and writing new songs and music, Lee has written many truthful teachings from the Bible addressing life, thanksgiving and love. His delivery of the word combined with storytelling songs saturated by consoling music has an anointing presence that cannot be denied.
Lee first started ministering in 1994 at Trinity Fellowship church in Amarillo, Texas, Under Pastor Jimmy Evans. After moving to Oklahoma, Minister Lee started ministering with Carman Prison Ministry in Tulsa, ok. He then moved on to Bartlesville, OK to minister with Open Doors Ministry, a prison ministry. Moving on to Okmulgee, Minister Lee ministered with the Five Fold Ministry in Okmulgee. He ministered in music and the word at different churches and various Christian functions. Through this ministry Lee was ordained as a Non-Denominational Christian minister, ordination signed by Rev George Moss of George Moss Ministries in Tulsa, OK. The same time Lee ministered in music at Pentecostal Temple, Church of God in Christ in north Tulsa under Pastor William Davis. Lee then moved on to a church in Turley, OK, under Pastor Lewis where he ministered in music and the word.
Lee lead by God now has his own ministry, ’’Follow The Spirit Ministry’’, where he and his wife, LaDonna, minister in nursing homes and homeless shelters. Lee attended Sulphur Springs in Eufaula and was ordained by Pastor Harper as a Baptist Minister. Lee also has a Ph.D., in theology, through the Department of Education and Ordination of the Universal Life church, which is accredited by the Department of Education, Sacramento, California.
Minister Lee believes that preaching is for the purpose of calling men to the truth and that teaching is to make the truth clearly understood.
