Kathleen "Kat" Emperatriz DeLuna (born November 26, 1987) is an American pop and R&B singer of Dominican heritage. She is currently signed to GMB(Global Music Brand) / Universal Motown after previously being signed to Epic. She is noted for her soprano vocal range and has won one Latin Billboard Music Award for her debut single "Whine Up". She has released two studio albums, 9 Lives,and Inside Out, which was released on November 5 in Belgium. Inside Out has yet to be released in the US, or anywhere else outside of Belgium.
