Joe Cunningham Music

Joe Cunningham has been involved in pop, jazz, rock, classical, folk, and experimental music over a 35 year period. He became involved in the weird and wonderful avant garde ensembles of Dr. Steve Tittle while studying percussion at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada in the 70s and early 80s; where he learned his compositional craft. His eclectic background is reflected in his ironically melodic and harmonic bent. Joe spent his lost middle years going to school a lot (too much, really), getting married a few times, and hopelessly and needlessly struggling with and flailing away at bureaucracy. He now spends his time getting lost in the Canadian Rockies and conspiring to control the world with off-kilter music.
