I would not say that i learn music cause i had not been to a learning institute where they teach music so i could learn to play it, it was written in my DNA embedded in my system there is no coincidence in what i do it was ordain by the most I yah rastafari haili I king selassie. As a young boy i use to make toy guitars from ply board sardine tin with fishing line we call now nylon string the ones that we use on acoustic guitar now, so i use to play and sing in church for my father who is a pastor, i love music so much so i start to visit musician in other area that would teaches me some more, so i start play the reggae then i just run away from home to the city cause my father did not like me playing this music, so from the city to the north coast then to the west got a job with Berris hammond lost that one then i got another job with Capleton while playing in the hotels for tourists start traveling with the fire man open up a few of is show it was beautiful experience, then i came to live in the south of jamaica where everything start making sense i had my revelation there i became more conscious in my way of life so i start doing what was natural to me writing music producing making beats, a new revolution a new awaken a child is born with the love and understanding of the human existence, and a continuation of the work of the most I in a simple and natural way. IYAHkimo is the stage name which means intellectual human being or liken unto yah or jah whatever you say so for me its always love and blessing to my human family at large it does not matter what color creed or class love is virtue so i say keep it there and you will see the light one day my love to you all se-la.
