Forest Sun is a San Francisco-based Americana singer-songwriter whose music has been compared to everyone from Jack Johnson, John Mayer and The Avett Brothers to Van Morrison and Bob Dylan. Forest’s songs span from the philosophical folk ballad and Pacific Songwriting Competition winner “Drops in the Ocean” to the sexy reggae groove of “So Nice” featured on MTV’s Good Vibes.
His 2012 release, Just Begun, recorded in Tucson, AZ, is a rootsy Americana record tinged with a Sonoran desert flavor, all wrapped up in Forest's laid-back California style.
