"Master Sessions is a remarkable new album by Eric Brace and Peter Cooper, built around two of their instrumental heroes: legendary pedal steel guitarist Lloyd Green and renowned dobro player Mike Auldridge, pre-eminent practitioners of their instruments who have never recorded an album together until now.

Eric Brace has been making great music for years as the singer-songwriter and frontman of the acclaimed Americana band, Last Train Home, first out of Washington DC and later from East Nashville. Peter Cooper is a solo artist (his highly-praised 2008 release was Mission Door), a producer, college professor of country music, and an award-winning journalist.

This is the second album by Eric & Peter. Last year's You Don't Have to Like Them Both reached #1 on the American Roots chart, Top Ten on the Americana and Folk DJ charts, and its lead-off single (Eric's "I Know a Bird") was the #1 song on the Folk DJ chart on its release.
