September 2007, Julio Diaz, Dann Visbal, Italo de Nubbila, and Bruno Libonatti follow Nico Davila’s idea of starting a rock band. 3 Months later Libonatti leaves the band and Martin Hurtado enters as the new drummer, the next month their first single “Away” is released. Dann Visbal, leading vocalist, moves to Argentina to continue his music studies. Martin moves to Bogota for the same reason. On April, still being part of the band, Dann releases the next single, this time in spanish “Tu Opcion” in Argentina.

By the end of August 2008, Santiago Convers, Juan David Avila and Santiago Serrano follow Dann Visbal's idea of starting a rock band since his band “Van Dann's” finished. They decided to name the band DANN. Later on they started writing songs and thinking about recording a serious project. The band is: Dann Visbal as the Lead Vocals, Santiago Convers as the Guitar player, Santiago Serrano playing the Bass, and Juan David Avila playing the Drums.

By the end of June, the label decided to change their name to ELVIS ATE MY BABY since their Album is for Europe Public.

Now the 1st of August they will have their Second Album called "Of Love And It's Consequences" produced by Santiago Convers and featuring the north american singer Tiffany Joy in the song "Believe".
