Originally from the metro Detroit area, Deluxe Radio Theatre have crafted an original sound that draws from various musical influences. Talented musicians who perform a wide variety of musical styles, the signature power of their sound lies in outstanding songwriting that soars with infectious melodies and thought provoking lyrics.

Lead singer and keyboard player Del Tremens grew up with one foot firmly planted in high energy rock music and the other in adult contemporary ballads. Superb at orchestration, musical arrangements as well as song writing, he is also an accomplished guitarist. Songs such as “Lady Under Glass”, “At The End Of The Day”, and “That’s The Moment” are testament to his songwriting talent.

Rhythm guitarist Jeff Garr is also a prolific songwriter. Known for intelligent lyrics and addictive melodies, he is responsible for much of the band’s repertoire. Both the band’s debut release and their current release “The River And The Desert” feature many of Garr’s unique original songs and some occasional vocals as well. “Miami Man”, “This Dirty Road” and “Where The People Are Free” are examples of his songwriting contributions to the band‘s second release.

A classically-trained bassist who is accomplished in a myriad of styles, Patrick Dege brings his unmistakable groove to Deluxe Radio Theatre. Walking bass lines are one of his signature styles. Also a prolific songwriter, he is an accomplished guitarist as displayed by his acoustic guitar picking in the recording of his composition “Full Moon”.

Collaborations between Jeff Garr and Del Tremens yielded the remaining songs on their second release; 'Every Other Girl", "Desert Night", "The River" and "Butterfly or Bee".
