iLL Music, made up of the young and talented artists DCP and KosmosDope came together late 2012. At the time, DCP (16 yrs old) and KosmosDope (21 yrs old) knew each other for a few years but had very few encounters. Previously, the two artists worked individually until they realized the critical success that could be made if they came together. After many years of pursuing rap alone, the two young up and coming rappers came together to form iLL Music. Their collaboration titled "iLL Music" was an obvious local success. Now as the artists seem to be getting the recognition they deserve, they must keep delivering solid hit after hit. With a mixtape in the works, plus other songs waiting to be released, DCP and KosmosDope have been very busy. They hope that soon their efforts and long dedication to the music industry pays off. In 2013 iLL Music hopes to graduate from local, to national.
